Raymond Doswell, Ed.D., currently serves as the Executive Director of the Greenwood Rising Black Wall Street History Center, a position held since January 2023, focusing on the historical significance of the Greenwood District. Prior to this role, Doswell spent over 27 years at the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, progressing through various positions including Vice President of Curatorial Services and Interim President, contributing to exhibitions, educational programming, and operations. Doswell has also taught as an adjunct faculty instructor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and Ottawa University, and held a position as a high school social studies teacher at Webster Groves School District. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Educational Administration & Leadership from Kansas State University, an M.A. in History from the University of California, Riverside, and a B.A. in History (Education) from Monmouth College.
