David Brattan

Director, Legal Affairs at Greenwood Sustainable Infrastructure

David Brattan has a diverse work experience in various legal and consulting roles. David served as the Director of Legal Affairs at Greenwood Sustainable Infrastructure from 2020 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as a Business/Legal Advisor at Guelph Municipal Holdings Inc. from 2016 to 2018. David also worked as a Legal Consultant at Aird & Berlis from 2014 to 2015, and as a Director at Grant Thornton from 2011 to 2014. Before that, they held the position of Director at Waterfront Toronto from 2006 to 2011. David also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Vice President in 2005 and at KPMG as a Director from 1999 to 2005.

David Brattan has a Juris Doctor (Bachelor of Laws) degree from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. David is also certified as a Barrister-at-Law by The Law Society of Upper Canada, holds the Canadian Securities Course certification from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certified by the CFA Institute.
