Neel Bungaroo

Neel Bungaroo has over a decade of legal experience starting as a Trainee Lawyer at UBS Investment Bank and then at Allen & Overy where they completed seats in different departments. Later, they worked as a lawyer for Bedell Group and as an associate at Mourant Ozannes. Bungaroo then moved on to Sky Solar (Canada) Ltd as Legal Counsel before being promoted to General Counsel. Neel also held positions at Saturn Power where they worked as the General Counsel, Vice President and General Counsel and later as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel. Currently, they are set to join Greenwood Sustainable Infrastructure as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel.

Neel Bungaroo has earned multiple degrees from various universities. Starting with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brandeis University, Bungaroo has also obtained an LLB (Honors) in Law from the University of Warwick, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from both Cornell University and Queen's University. Additionally, Bungaroo has completed an Executive Program in Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions from Harvard Business School.
