Els Verstraeten currently serves as the Business Process Owner Sales & Sourcing at Greenyard since February 2022. Prior experience includes various roles at Signify, previously Philips Lighting, where responsibilities encompassed introducing standard processes in Order to Fulfilment, improving customer service operations across Europe, and managing local process owners for continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, Els held positions that involved supervision and coaching of customer service teams and standardizing procedures across multiple countries. Early career experience includes managing order and delivery processes at Philips Consumer Luminaires and a sales support role at Hiab SA. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in French & Spanish Translation and multiple certifications in project management and lean methodologies.
