Olivier Galard

Olivier Galard has extensive work experience in quality assurance and food safety management. Olivier currently holds the position of Group Quality Health and Safety Director at Greenyard since April 2022. Prior to Greenyard, they served as the Group Quality and Food Safety Director at the same company since February 2019. Before that, Olivier worked as the Global Food Safety and Hygiene Manager at Barry Callebaut from June 2015 to February 2019. Olivier also held the role of Divisional Quality Assurance Director at Alpro from January 2010 to June 2015. Earlier in their career, Olivier worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises as a Quality Manager from July 2008 to January 2010, and as a Quality Supervisor from February 2004 to July 2008. Their career began at Janssen Pharmaceutica, where they held various roles including QA-Supplier Manager, Head of Microbiological Control, and Quality Supervisor from 1997 to 2004.

Olivier Galard completed their education from 1986 to 1992 at Koninklijk Atheneum Veurne. Olivier then studied Bio-engineering at Ghent University from 1992 to 1997.
