Dustin Koesters

Director of sales and a seize-the-day extraordinaire. A diagnosis in early adulthood brought Dustin face-to-face with the priority of living life to its fullest. While he loves everything about sales and management, he also prioritizes helping his colleagues delight in their personal and professional livelihoods.

With early hopes of being a stockbroker, Dustin went to the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI. However, a part-time job in insurance his senior year sparked a love in him for the industry, and he never looked back. Throughout his career, he served in key management and leadership roles both on the broker and carrier side, and he even gained experience in operational management and development of customer call centers. Dustin will credit his expertise to having amazing mentors and being at the right place at the right time, but his understanding of the client experience runs so deeply within that he constantly chases how to deliver the best service. He brought this passion and pursuit to G&A in 2015, and his high-energy leadership brings the sales team to new heights.

When outside of the office, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife, four children and any friend who is up for an adventure. Rarely sitting still, he enjoys hosting cookouts, traveling, stumbling upon a good laugh and watching movies—but never the same one twice.
