Natasha Stansby Chartered Fcipd

Natasha Stansby's work experience begins in 2001 as an HR Officer at Menzies Aviation, where they provided general HR support to the UK businesses. In 2003, they joined Atkins as a Senior HR Advisor, supporting the Highway Services division and delivering high-profile projects. Natasha later became an HR Manager, specializing in business partnering and project management. In 2017, they moved to Gregory Distribution as the Head of HR, responsible for developing and leading the Group People Strategy. In 2019, they were promoted to HR Director, becoming a member of the Management Board and overseeing the HR responsibilities for all group companies.

Natasha Stansby Chartered FCIPD completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of the West of England between 2004 and 2006. In 2013, they enrolled in an institution called APM, but no specific degree or field of study was provided. In 2022, Natasha obtained the certification of Chartered FCIPD from the institution CIPD.
