Jim R. McDaniel

Jim R. McDaniel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President at Gregory Industries, Inc. Jim R. previously worked as a General Manager at Bell & McCoy Companies, and EVP Commercial Operations at Sterling. Prior to that, they were the EVP Sales at Atkore International, where they played a crucial role in achieving double-digit revenue and EBITDA growth. Jim also served as an EVP at Group Dekko and Vice President at Weiler Corporation. Jim R.'searlier experience includes various roles at Cooper Industries Ltd. and Thomas & Betts Corporation, where they demonstrated their skills in sales, marketing, and business development. Jim R. McDaniel completed their BS in Industrial Distribution Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1996. In 2016, they completed the Welch Way Executive Training program at Jack Welch Management Institute. Additionally, Jim pursued further education in strategic pricing and total cost of sale at Harvard Business School, leadership development program and corporate strategy at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, strategic finance at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and earned a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
