Paul Winston

Paul Winston has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 with John Deere as a Sr. HR Representative. Paul then held various roles within the company, including Global HR Org Project Manager in China, Manager Learning & Talent Development in China, Asia HR Operations Manager in Singapore, and Human Resources Business Partner. In 2016, they joined Pittsboro United Methodist Church as the Director of Youth Ministry (Part-time). In 2017, they founded The Curiosity Company under Winston Development Group, where they served as the Founder & CCO (Chief Curiosity Officer). Most recently, in 2019, they joined Gregory Poole Equipment Company as the Director of Human Resources.

Paul Winston completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Kansas State University from 1988 to 1993. Paul then pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Pittsburg State University between 1996 and 1999.
