Art Wells has over 25 years of diverse engineering and management experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Project Engineering for Canada and the East Region at Greif since June 2008, Art oversees engineering and capital projects across 10 plants, managing 7 direct reports. Previous roles include Manager of Project Engineering at IBC and Senior Plastics Projects Engineer at Montoi (Mattel Toys) from 2001 to 2008. Additional experience includes positions such as Plant Manager at Acrotech SE and Clairson Industries, as well as Technical Supervisor at Rubbermaid Special Products Division. Art holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Southwestern College, earned between 1996 and 1998.
