David Lloyd

David Lloyd is a Council Member at Greif. Prior to their current position, they were a Partner, Assurance & Business Advisory and Senior Manager, Assurance & Business Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers from August 2004 to April 2014. David was hired as a senior manager to support a variety of key clients and was promoted within three years to partner. As partner, David led financial statement audits and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 engagements with large global industrial products companies. David served as the lead engagement partner for two major re-proposal efforts involving a Fortune 500 chemical company. David also supported IPO/public offering processes, which included preparation of Form S-1/Form S-4 filings, responses to SEC comments and creation of comfort letters for underwriters. In addition, David performed internal quality control reviews and led audit/404 assurance services to key clients in industrial products, venture capital, printing/publishing, software and biotech industries.

From January 2002 to August 2004, David was a Senior Manager at Stout Causey and Horning LLC. From November 2000 to August 2001, David was the Controller at Mentor Technologies Group. From April 1999 to December 2000, David was the Controller at AmericasDoctor.

David Lloyd attended the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
