Forbes has held various leadership roles in reputable companies, including Director of Supply Chain at Tri-Sure® and multiple director positions at Greif, Inc., focusing on sourcing and steel sourcing. Earlier career experiences include managerial positions in logistics and operations at companies such as Greif South Africa Pty. Ltd., Van Leer South Africa Pty Ltd, and Bosch UK. Forbes holds a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh, obtained in 1987.
