Dr. Chen-Ket Chai

Dr. Chen-Ket Chai has extensive experience in the field of quality management and assurance. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Quality Management at Greiner Bio-One International, where they are responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems. Dr. Chen-Ket also oversees a team of engineers and quality managers and is involved in various aspects of quality control and assurance. Prior to this, Dr. Chai worked as a Team Leader in Quality Management and Quality Assurance at Fresenius Medical Care, where they supervised a team and was responsible for change management, complaint investigation, and equipment qualification. Dr. Chen-Ket has also worked as a Research Scientist at Eindhoven University of Technology and as an Academic Visitor at the University of Oxford. Overall, Dr. Chai's work experience reflects their expertise in quality management, supervision, and research in the medical field.

Dr. Chen-Ket Chai earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology between 2010 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover from 2008 to 2010. Their earlier education includes a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Hochschule Anhalt, which was completed between 2003 and 2008. Dr. Chen-Ket Chai also holds additional certifications, including Leadership from IHK Hannover obtained in 2021, Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from TÜV Süd obtained in 2020, and Technical documentation for medical devices from TÜV Süd obtained in 2015.
