Ulrike Mattes

Ulrike Mattes has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1997 with an internship at ALNO AG in the IT and Sales department. Ulrike then went on to complete internships in various companies, including TWI - Treuhand Wirtschaftsberatungen GmbH and ABB Automation Products GmbH. In 2001, they had internships at the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung für Deutschland - Stellenmarkt für Baden-Württemberg and Horváth & Partner GmbH. In 2002, they worked as a Recruitment Administrator at Adecco / MarketREACH. From 2003 to 2014, they worked at Woodward GmbH, starting as a Human Resources Consultant and eventually becoming the Human Resources Site Leader. In 2014, they joined Greiner Bio-One DE as the Director of Human Resources. Overall, their experience is primarily in the field of Human Resources.

Ulrike Mattes holds a Diplom-Kauffrau Univ. degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, which they completed from 1997-2002. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including those in Interview Architect, Leadership Architect 101, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Performance Management, ProPer Professional - Personalreferent (DGFP), and Team Architect.
