Paul Millar

Paul Millar is an accomplished professional in the packaging industry with extensive experience spanning nearly two decades. Currently serving as General Manager at Greiner Packaging, a prominent European manufacturer of plastic packaging, since November 2022, Millar previously held the role of Vice President of Operations at Nelipak Healthcare Packaging from November 2019 to November 2022. Prior to that, Millar was the Acting General Manager and Operations Director for Bemis Healthcare Packaging Europe, overseeing all European healthcare manufacturing sites. Millar's career also includes significant positions at Diageo, where roles ranged from Head of Packaging Technology to Production Manager, demonstrating a strong background in operations management and engineering excellence. Millar holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast.
