Zuzana Julinová

Zuzana Julinová has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Zuzana worked at Greiner Packaging Slušovice as the Human Resources Director, where they focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and the long-term prosperity of the company. Zuzana also managed personnel development and implemented transparent and motivating performance evaluation and reward systems. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Delphi, where they handled the complete personnel agenda, including payroll calculation. Zuzana also played a key role in establishing and developing a new factory in Romania.

Zuzana Julinová obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Pedagogy from Tomas Bata University in Zlín, which they completed from 2008 to 2011. Later, they pursued another Bachelor's degree in Andragogy at the same university, completing it from 2010 to 2013.
