Mr. Luan assumes the position of Vice President and General Manager of Operations of the drilling unit in 2020. Mr. Luan joined the Greka Group in 2003 and has over 27 years of experiences in engineering and production in both conventional and unconventional oil and gas. Mr. Luan has extensive experiences and knowledge in Coal Bed Methane exploration and development, production, stimulation as well as drilling, including CBM field development planning and operations management. Prior to joining Greka group, Mr. Luan worked at SINOPEC as a Senior Engineer. Mr Luan joined Greka group at 2003 at the E&P unit as CBM Engineer.
Mr. Luan holds a degree of M.S. Petroleum Engineering from Chongqing University of Science & Technology, major in Petroleum.

The Company’s drilling fleet comprises purpose-built hydraulic rigs specifically designed for the application of drilling services within the unconventional gas industry. The Company provides financing and management services to its subsidiaries and is focused on continually developing technologies which service its customer base.
