Alison Seward

Alison Seward currently serves as the Vice President of Quality for the Industrial Segment at Woodward, Inc., starting in May 2024. Previously, Alison held various leadership roles at GE Appliances, a Haier company, from August 2005 to May 2024, culminating in the position of Executive Director of Manufacturing Quality, where responsibilities included overseeing quality costs and ensuring exceptional ownership experiences across all manufacturing sites. Other roles at GE Appliances included Senior Program Director for Dishwasher products, Senior Director of Product Cost & Design Quality, and various engineering leadership positions, contributing to significant improvements in product design and quality. Alison began a career at GE in 2001 as part of the Operations Management Leadership Program and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
