Emily Spiers Assoc CIPD is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Grenade® since January 2019. Previously, Emily held roles as Human Resources Manager and PA to the Managing Director at Compass Group from September 2011 to December 2018, where responsibilities included HR management and support in instore and growth markets. Emily is pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management at Cullen Schofield from 2024 to 2026, building on earlier qualifications including a CIPD Level 3/Level 5 in Human Resources Management from Solihull College/University awarded between 2015 and 2017, and foundational education at Alcester Grammar School and Edgbaston High School for Girls.
