Hervé Laurent currently serves as Programmiste Politiques Cyclables at Grenoble-Alpes Métropole, focusing on the programming of public space developments in the Northern and North-Eastern sectors of the Metropolis, including the integration of planned cycling infrastructure. Previously, Hervé Laurent held the position of project manager for cycling developments at Ville de Paris, overseeing the implementation of permanent cycling infrastructures and the Réseau Express Vélo, while managing studies and works on several boulevards and streets in the city. With extensive experience as an engineer, Hervé Laurent has worked at major companies including Safran, Groupe SII, and Autoliv, specializing in electronic regulation systems for turbo engines, embedded networks in aviation, and automotive safety electronics. Hervé Laurent holds a Master’s degree in Transport and Mobility from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès and an engineering degree from ESIGELEC.
