Jaron Davis is an experienced professional in event services and management with a diverse background in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Event Services Manager at Georgia International Convention Center since June 2022, Jaron previously held positions as Team Lead Manager at Capstone Logistics, LLC, and Warehouse Manager at CSI. Additional experience includes roles as a Salesperson at TruGreen, Account Manager at PC Nashville, Order Picker at Walmart Distribution Center, Recreation Guide at Camp Butter & Eggs, and Crew Member at McDonald's Corporation. Jaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Troy University, completed in July 2016.
Georgia International Convention Center
The GICC is Georgia’s newest, second largest convention center. Located adjacent to Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, and only 10 minutes from downtown Atlanta, the GICC features 150,000 feet of exhibit space and Georgia’s largest ballroom at 40,000 square feet. Additionally, the GICC campus features two convention hotels, a 403-room Marriott headquarters hotel opening August 2010, and a 147-room SpringHill Suites, which opened December 2009. And now, the GICC is Atlanta’s most accessible convention center! With the recent opening of Atlanta airport’s new light rail train, the ATL SkyTrain, patrons are shuttled from the airport to the GICC in two minutes, free of charge.
