Valerie Malachane

Valerie Malachane has extensive experience in digital transformation, civic technology, and communication within public institutions. Currently serving as the Responsable service commun plateforme numérique participative de territoire at Grenoble-Alpes Métropole, Valerie leads a citizen participation platform to enhance civic dialogue. Previous roles include Chargée de mission transformation digitale and communication responsibilities, where Valerie has focused on strategic innovation, digital culture promotion, and internal communication management. With a background in developing digital strategies for the Département de l'Isère and the City of Grenoble, as well as initial experience in journalism and communication, Valerie demonstrates a strong blend of digital and communication expertise. Valerie is currently pursuing a degree in interior decoration and previously earned degrees in economic engineering and communication.
