Kate Wilson has extensive experience in software development and quality assurance, serving in various roles across prominent technology companies. At Gresham Tech, Kate held the positions of Head of Development Operations and Agile Development Manager, focusing on programme governance and managing software projects. Previously, Kate worked as a Business Analyst, Test Analyst, and Senior Software Test Analyst at organizations including Ascentric, SmartStream Technologies, and S-cool, where the emphasis was on quality assurance. Kate began the career as a Delivery Manager at LogicaCMG, further solidifying a strong foundation in quality assurance. Kate holds a BSc in Business Decision Information Systems from Bournemouth University and has an educational background from Colston's Girls' School.
