Victor Dufort

Victor Dufort is an experienced professional in inclusive finance and entrepreneurship, currently serving as a Technical Advisor at Gret since October 2022. In this role, Victor provides technical assistance to a microfinance institution in the Ayeyarwady region, focusing on portfolio analysis, risk management, customer and loan management tool development, tax management, and social impact. Prior to this position, Victor worked at Adie as a Microfinance Project Manager and Senior Officer, offering technical and financial support to entrepreneurs, monitoring activities, and debt recovery. Additionally, Victor has experience as a CSR Analyst with UNDP, where responsibilities included identifying CSR opportunities for biodiversity conservation and evaluating projects related to medicinal plants and women-based cooperatives. Victor holds multiple degrees in Sustainable Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Globalization, and Economics from esteemed universities such as Université Paris Dauphine, Université Paris-Sorbonne, and the University of Windsor.
