Alice Norcia

Alice Norcia has a diverse work experience in the field of communications. Alice currently holds the position of Global Head of Communications at Grey Group, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the EVP of Communications at Grey Group starting in July 2022. Alice also worked at The Martin Agency as a Communications professional starting in August 2020, and at TBWA\Chiat\Day as a Communications professional starting in June 2019. Before that, Alice served as the Group PR Director at Huge, starting in November 2017. Alice was also the Director of Public Relations at KBS from March 2016 to November 2017. Alice started their career as the Communications Manager at Geometry Global from April 2014 to March 2016. Alice then worked as the Manager of Public Relations at Dreyfus Ashby & Co. from January 2011 to March 2014. Prior to that, Alice was a Senior Account Executive at Gita Group from September 2010 to January 2011. Alice also gained administrative experience as a Summer Administrative Assistant at Davis Polk & Wardwell in 2007 and 2006.

Alice Norcia earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University in 2008. Alice then pursued a Master's Degree in Strategic Communications from Columbia University, which they completed in 2017. During their undergraduate studies, Alice also briefly studied Political Science and History at the University of Cape Town in 2007-2008. Prior to their college education, Alice attended Westfield High School.
