Jaime Fitzgibbon began their work experience as a Certified High School French Teacher at Tulsa Public Schools from August 2001 to August 2003. Jaime then worked as a Staff Assistant for the U.S. Senate from August 2003 to September 2004, where they served as a cultural attaché and implemented a streamlined process for addressing constituent concerns. From November 2004 to June 2005, Jaime worked as a Membership Associate at The Leadership Institute.

Jaime served as a Senior Associate from January 2015 to August 2019, during which they drove the strategic pivot of the program and designed a capability growth model.
In 2018, Jaime worked as a Business Strategy Lead at both T3K-Forensics and Grey Market Labs. In August 2019, they founded and became the CEO of Ren.ai.ssance Insights, a network focused on responsible and sustainable innovation in technology, society, and government. Finally, in September 2019, they joined the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) as part of the AI/ML Portfolio.
Jaime Fitzgibbon has a diverse education history. In 2001, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in French Education from Oral Roberts University. Jaime then pursued a Masters degree in Public Policy from Regent University, which they completed in 2005. Jaime furthered their education by completing a Change Management Advanced Practitioner program at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 2011, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
Additionally, Jaime has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in 2000, Jaime spent a period of time studying French Language and Literature at Universite de Bourgogne, although no specific degree was mentioned.
