Promise Egesi

Promise Egesi currently serves as the Group Lead for Business Transformation Strategy & Change Management at Dangote Industries Limited since June 2025. Previously, Promise held the position of Organizational Change Management Lead for Reckitt in Sub-Saharan Africa, focusing on SAP implementation and change adoption across six companies. At Interswitch Group, Promise was the Product Portfolio Manager for Innovation, guiding the strategic development of products, and also served as an Organizational Change Management Lead, ensuring effective resource management for change initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Sterling Bank, contributing to human capital productivity and leading remote work transitions. Promise Egesi holds a Master of Business Administration from Nexford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, along with additional certifications in management and languages.
