Salman Shahid

Salman Shahid has a diverse work experience, starting with founding Grey Matter Global in 2018, an educational and career counseling firm. Salman then went on to co-found and serve as the Director of Strategy at International School Lahore in 2020. Prior to that, they were the Program Head at Punjab Commission on the Status of Women in 2018, where they conducted a large-scale survey and led a women's business incubator. Salman also worked as a Consultant at Nissan Motor Corporation and Akilah Institute in 2017 and 2016 respectively. Salman was an Educational Consultant at Seeds of Peace from 2013 to 2015, focusing on conflict resolution through educational projects. Finally, Salman started their career as a Visiting Faculty at Lahore Grammar School from 2011 to 2014.

Salman Shahid holds a Master's Degree in International Education Policy and Management, which they obtained from Vanderbilt University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they studied Development Economics and International Development at Lahore University of Management Sciences, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in 2010.
