Karl Brady

Karl Brady is an experienced finance professional currently serving as President of Greyspring Apartments since April 2020, overseeing the acquisition and repositioning of multi-family assets across North America. In addition, Karl has held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Greybrook Realty Partners since April 2017, focusing on real estate investment and asset management. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Finance at Centurion Asset Management and roles at Collins Barrow Toronto LLP and LHM Casey McGrath. Karl holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation from CPA Canada and a Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Ireland, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours) in Accounting from Technological University Dublin.
