Desireé O’Rourke

Desireé O’Rourke has over seven years of experience in the technology and healthcare industries. In 2018, they began their role as Director of Client Success at Greyfinch, where they lead the Customer Service and Implementation Teams, providing exceptional services for all Greyfinch clients. Prior to this, they worked at MedEvolve, Inc. from 2013-2018, where they held the roles of Client Solutions Analyst Team Lead, Client Solutions Analyst, and Support Triage. In 2012, they worked as a CNA at Stonehaven Assisted Living.

Desireé O’Rourke attended Central Baptist College from 2011-2012, where they studied Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Desireé also holds a Certified Nurses Assistant certification from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
