Jocelyn O'Mealia has over 8 years of professional experience. Jocelyn began their career in 2013 as a Call Center Representative at Axiom Practice Management, INC. In 2014, they took a role as an Orthodontic Assistant at Westrock Orthodontics, where they were trained in assisting the Doctor with initial bonding & removal of braces as well as other orthodontic appliances. In 2015, they moved to AXPM as a Junior Branch Financial Coordinator. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Rock Dental Brands in various roles, including Revenue Cycle Ortho Manager, Revenue Cycle Billing Coordinator, Revenue Cycle Branch & Billing Coordinator, and Revenue Cycle Branch Coordinator. Most recently, they have been a Client Success Manager at Greyfinch since 2022.

Jocelyn O'Mealia attended Caddo Hills High School from 2001 to 2013, graduating with a High School degree. In 2015, they obtained a Registered Dental Assistant certification and is also certified in CPR.
