As Chief Financial Officer, Guido Frantzen leads the financial team, ensuring all departmental functions such as accounting, tax, investor relations and legal are elevated and support M overall revenue growth goals for GreyOrange. As a proven, innovative financial leader, Guido has 20 years of extensive experience with start-up and enterprise company growth in SaaS, energy and cleantech, automotive as well as manufacturing industries. Before joining GreyOrange, Frantzen served as CFO at Kasasa, Zola Electric and eMeter Corporation. He also worked in different financial roles at Siemens, gaining experience in accounting and controlling, financial planning and analysis, treasury, credit, risk and controls as well as mergers and acquisitions. Guido is effective in strategically developing and expanding accounting, controlling, financial planning and analysis, treasury, credit, risk and controls, as well as merger and acquisition functions. As a fluent English and German speaker, Guido holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Georgia and a Master's in Business Administration and Management from University of Erlangen-Nuernberg, Germany.
