Guneet Singh Kohli

Guneet Singh Kohli is an experienced AI Research Scientist at GreyOrange since January 2022, and has simultaneously taken on a role as AI Researcher and Advisor at OdiaGenAI since July 2023, where Guneet leads efforts in developing Large Language Models (LLMs) for Indian languages, overseeing significant open-source contributions. In addition, Guneet serves as a Technical Mentor and Impact Manager at Omdena, and previously participated in the Google Summer of Code 2022 project at CERN, focusing on optimizing data pipelines. Guneet's expertise also includes a brief stint as a Machine Learning Engineer at Trulytics Inc. and visiting research at The Alan Turing Institute. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
