Hannah Balacky

Hannah Balacky has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Hannah began their career as a Sales Assistant at Urban Outfitters in 2016, followed by a Catering Assistant at Leeds University Union in 2017. In 2018, they were a Waitress at Food and Drink Wimbledon for the Wimbledon Tennis Championships. Hannah also volunteered as a Cooking Team Leader at FoodCycle in 2019. That same year, they worked as a Learning Support Assistant at Selborne Primary School, where their duties included preparing the classroom for lessons, attending occupational therapy training, and working 1:1 with pupils needing extra support in behavioural and academic achievements. In 2019, they were also a Customer Team Member at The Co-Operative Food. In 2020, they were a Sampling Team Leader and Sampling Lead at SUEZ UK and SUEZ, respectively. Most recently, in 2021, they are a Data Manager at Greyparrot, a company recognised as one of the 100 most promising Technology Pioneers by the World Economic Forum and featured in WIRED's 100 Hottest Startups in Europe.

Hannah Balacky has an extensive education history. Hannah began their studies in 2011 at London Oratory School, where they completed A-Levels in Mathematics, Music, Theology and Physical Education (AS-Level). Hannah then attended University of Leeds from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Mathematics and Music (International) degree. During their time there, they also spent a year abroad at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, where they studied Mathematics. Most recently, they completed a Master's degree in Environmental Science at the University of Aberdeen in 2020.
