Leif Walther has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Leif started their career at Capro - Division of Teleflex in 1993, where they held various roles including Process Engineer, Production Supervisor, and Plant Manager. In 1999, they became the Commercial Manager, overseeing three product segments with sales of $40M. In 2006, Leif joined Greystone, Inc as the General Manager, leading a manufacturing plant that achieved significant growth and provided precision components to automotive fuel injector companies. Leif then progressed to roles such as Corporate Business Development Manager, Vice President of Business Development, and finally Vice President of Sales & Strategy. Throughout their career, Leif has developed effective strategies, maintained key customer relationships, and identified business opportunities for current and future products.
Leif Walther obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Materials Engineering from Cornell University from 1984 to 1988. Following this, from 1996 to 1998, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Business at Texas McCombs School of Business.
