Andrew Ord

Andrew Ord serves as the National BFR & MF Hybrid Managing Director at Greystar since June 2011, overseeing the development of over 7,400 class-A and senior apartment units as well as 120,000 square feet of retail space across various product types. Andrew's extensive project management experience includes completion of 38 projects totaling 10,794 units and involvement in investment committee methodologies. Previous roles include Director, where Andrew enhanced investment processes, and Associate Chief of Staff, providing key strategic support to senior executives. Prior to Greystar, Andrew held a position as a Land Acquisitions Consultant at Tonti Properties and has a foundational background in real estate development and construction at Ord Properties, Inc. Andrew holds an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
