Barb O'Steen

Barb O'Steen is a Managing Director of Real Estate and leads the Property Management business in South Carolina and Coastal Georgia. She provides oversight, guidance, and direction to the regional team charged with executing the property management initiatives in accordance with Greystar's strategic vision.

Before joining Greystar in 2009, Barb served as Regional Property Manager for Ram Realty Services, a real estate and development firm located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Barb was previously a Vice President with Kettler Management in Northern Virginia and held leadership positions with Trammell Crow Residential and Summit Properties. She is actively involved with the National Apartment Association, sitting on the Global Outreach Committee and the Operations Committee. She is a graduate of the National Apartment Association's Leadership Lyceum program and previously served as President and Immediate Past President of the Triangle Apartment Association.

Barb is currently seeking her Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
