Emil Hoogendoorn is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Construction at Greystar since March 2020, Hoogendoorn previously held the position of Vice President of Design and Construction at The General Investment & Development Companies from December 2013 to February 2020. Prior to that, a significant tenure as Senior Project Engineer/Manager occurred at John Moriarty & Associates from 1996 to November 2013. Early career roles include Project Architect positions at Elkus Manfredi Architects and Payette, from 1994 to 1996 and 1987 to 1994, respectively.
