Since June 2017, Jennifer has served as Senior Managing Director at Greystar, where the focus is on attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent to achieve strategic objectives. Previous roles at Greystar include Managing Director positions for both People & Culture and Human Resources, where Jennifer partnered with senior leaders across multiple regions. Before joining Greystar, Jennifer held key HR roles at MoneyGram International, overseeing regional HR strategies and leading a team to support over 700 employees. Jennifer's earlier experience includes HR leadership positions at Network Rail and First Data Corporation, complemented by a strong academic background with degrees in Business and Human Resource Management from Heriot-Watt University and the University of Strathclyde.
