Katy Myrick

Katy Myrick is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at Greystar since September 2025, following the acquisition of Madera Residential. Prior to this role, Katy held the position of Vice President of Operations at Madera Residential from June 2021 to September 2025. Katy's extensive experience in the industry includes significant roles at Hawthorne Residential Partners, where Katy advanced from Regional Manager to Senior Regional Manager and ultimately Regional Vice President between December 2011 and May 2021. Earlier in Katy's career, positions as Senior Property Manager and Property Manager at BH Management Services from April 2004 to September 2011 were instrumental in shaping professional expertise.
