Kyle McConnell

Kyle McConnell is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in data analysis and business intelligence. As the Director of Analytics at Greystar since July 2022, Kyle leads initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Optimization and Analytics at The Kraft Heinz Company and Advanced Analytics Supervisor at UPS Capital®, where Kyle developed dashboards and reporting systems using tools like Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, and Oracle. Additional experience includes positions at UPS, Best Buy, and Blue Ridge Mountain Electric Membership Corporation, encompassing sales, IT support, and automation of accounting processes. Kyle holds a Master of Science in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University.
