Lavonia Grace

LaVonia Grace, CAM, brings extensive experience in property management and leadership within the multifamily and student housing sectors. Currently serving as the Site Manager of Multi Million Dollar Assets at Greystar since July 2025, LaVonia has also held key positions including Owner of A Splash of Grace, Executive Director at PeakMade Real Estate, and various site management roles at Core Spaces and Asset Living. Notable responsibilities include managing multiple housing and retail properties, with a proven track record of overseeing significant assets. LaVonia is currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Management and Leadership at Morris Brown College, building upon earlier studies at The University of Southern Mississippi.
