Sean Holahan

Sean Holahan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in multifamily development and military operations. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Development at Greystar since January 2021, Sean specializes in conventional and active adult product development, successfully leading teams throughout the development life cycle. Prior to this role, Sean served in the United States Air Force for over 22 years, holding key positions including Executive for Current Operations at the Headquarters, United States Indo-Pacific Command, and Commander of the Air Force's first F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Foreign Military Sales squadron. Sean's military career includes roles as an F-35 instructor and evaluator pilot, and the completion of various educational programs, culminating in an Executive MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Additionally, Sean authored an award-winning children’s book to address childhood obesity and food insecurity in underserved Arizona communities.
