Samantha Martin

Samantha Martin, M.Ed., serves as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Greystone Communities since May 2024. Previously, Samantha held the position of Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Kisco Senior Living from August 2018 to May 2024, where responsibilities included cultivating strategic partnerships for revenue generation. Earlier roles at Kisco involved serving as Senior Sales Director and Business Development Director for properties in Greensboro, NC, along with a tenure as Sales Director at Abbotswood at Irving Park. Prior to their business career, Samantha began in education as a middle school teacher, later becoming a Curriculum Facilitator and contributing to the North Carolina Council for Social Studies as an Executive Board Member. Samantha holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Virginia Tech and has obtained an AG Certification in Education from High Point University.
