Javier Urios

Javier Urios, CPA has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. Javier began their career as Finance Director at Leocar Investment, where they assisted with the start-up of Tabacalera Cigars International. Javier then joined Agroexpansion as Finance Director, where they improved financial reporting and financing conditions. Javier later served as CFO at Compañía de Filipinas, managing accounting, treasury, and planning. Javier also worked as Director of Operations, Shared Service Center at Alliance One International Services, LTD, where they reorganized and restructured entities after a merger. Javier's most recent role was as Chief Financial Officer at GRI Renewable Industries. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial operations, internal control, and ERP system implementation.

Javier Urios, CPA, holds a degree in Licenciado en Ciencias Economicas y Empresariales with a specialization in Auditoria from the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. Javier also pursued Auditing studies at the Universidad de Alcala de Henares and completed the program in Auditoría Aplicada at the Instituto de Auditores-Censores Jurados de Cuentas de España. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Commonwealth of Virginia & North Carolina, a Certified Sox Manager (CSOXM) from GRC Group, and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant certified by AICPA.
