Norman Moyo

Norman Moyo is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the energy and telecommunications sectors. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Grid Africa since October 2024, Moyo has focused on pan-African distributed energy solutions. Prior to this, Moyo co-founded and served as CEO of Distributed Power Africa from January 2015 to September 2024. Additionally, Moyo has contributed as a Guest MBA Lecturer at Stellenbosch Business School since January 2016. Moyo's board memberships include roles at Liquid Intelligent Technologies and Econet Telecom Lesotho from August 2019 to August 2024. Moyo's previous leadership positions encompass CEO of Helios Towers and various roles at Etisalat, Zain Bahrain, and Celtel International B.V. Moyo holds an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe and an Executive program in Executive Leadership Development from London Business School.
