Joel Blaine

Joel Blaine is an accomplished professional in the renewable energy sector with extensive experience in project development, energy resilience, and innovative financing models. Currently serving as the Director of Business and Project Development at GRID Alternatives since May 2019, Joel focuses on multifamily affordable housing solar initiatives and leads the Energy Resilience Fund aimed at low-income and BIPOC communities. Prior roles include Solar Developer at Orion Renewable Development and Creative Director at Alchemy Design Co., where Joel built a sustainable furniture business in Cambodia.
