Igor Yagovoy

Igor Yagovoy is the VP of Engineering Management at Grid Dynamics. In this role, he leads the development of the engineering organization by nurturing technical talents, helping the professional development of personnel, overseeing discipline and training, and encouraging the building of communities of practice.

Joining the company in 2010, Igor originally held various roles focused on technology, delivery, and people management. He built the global QE practice from scratch, managed and grew several major accounts, and led an international, omnichannel business unit. Prior to joining Grid Dynamics, Igor served in companies that provided software engineering services and led programs for customers in the telecom, financial and e-commerce industries.
