Iren Minasyan

Iren Minasyan has worked at various companies in different roles. Iren started their career at Synergy International Systems as an Administrative Intern in May 2018 and transitioned to become an Executive Assistant in June 2019. Iren then worked as an HR Assistant from January 2020 to November 2020. In 2020, they joined Exinity as a Global HR Generalist and worked there until May 2022. Currently, Iren Minasyan is working at Grid Dynamics as an HR Operations Coordinator since May 2022. Iren has now advanced to the role of HR Operations Team Lead, starting in August 2022.

Iren Minasyan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the American University of Armenia from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, they also completed a minor in Genocide Studies and Human Rights at the same university. In 2023, Iren participated in the Aspire Leaders Program at Harvard University. They have also obtained certifications in Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles from Harvard Online, The Complete Digital Marketing Course from Udemy, and Instagram Marketing from Udemy. They are also a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller.
