Laura Jean Johnson

Laura Jean Johnson is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR business operations. Since September 2018, Laura has progressed through various roles at General Mills, currently serving as Team Lead, HR Business Operations, after holding positions as Lead Analyst, Analyst, and Bilingual HR Direct Representative. Prior to this, Laura worked as an HR Coordinator at Novus Media Inc. from May 2017 to September 2018 and became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Minnesota State University, Mankato from August 2015 to May 2017. Educationally, Laura holds a Master of Science in Spanish and a Bachelor of Science in Spanish, both earned from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
